Tin presentation: 8/10. Clearly some effort put into the packaging design.
In-tin presentation: 6/10. Someone has done a job on these bad boys. Skin is damaged but shape is maintained.
Taste: 8/10. Chili oil and garlic dominates helping reduce sardine stench to more than bearable levels.
Texture: 4/10. Unfortunately the fish is let down by being too dense and chewy, perhaps a side-effect of being fried.
Stench: 7/10. The old cover-up-stench-with-garlic trick has obviously done well for the maligned sardine here. Hiding a stench with another can be seen as a negligent in some people's eyes - Ayam is clearly walking a fine line.
